Terms and Conditions:

  • Identity Verification: Every guest must present a valid government-issued identity proof with a residential address at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present a valid passport and visa.
  • Reservation Confirmation: All guests must carry their reservation letter at the time of arrival. An electronic format is acceptable.
  • 3. Alcohol and Smoking Policies:
    – Alcohol is not served on the premises.
    – Hookah or alcohol consumption is not allowed in open areas, such as the terrace.
    – Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
  • Noise Policy: Guests are requested to avoid loud noise after 10 pm to maintain a peaceful environment for nearby villagers. Due to low ambient noise, sounds carry over great distances, and on quiet nights, you might even hear a tiger roar.
  • Personal Belongings: The homestay is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • 6. Check-in and Check-out Times:
    – Summers: Check-in: 1:30 pm, Check-out: 11:30 am
    – Winters: Check-in: 2:00 pm, Check-out: 12:00 pm
    – Early check-in is subject to availability and will incur an additional charge.

Refund & Cancellation:

       Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before Arrival:

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will be eligible for a 60% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 40% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

      Cancellation Within 7 Days of Arrival:

  • Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. The full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
