If you have booked directly with us, to cancel you need to send us an email from the same email id from where the booking was made. The refund is not applicable, perhaps you may change stay dates for 3 months at the same prices as per the date of booking made for the exact number of guests. Long weekends and festival dates are not considerable under this policy.

We have a caretaker family staying at the premises who are good at cleaning, cooking and taking good care of the guests.
We have outsourced the non veg food section to local people to keep them involved and motivated.
Encouraged by the taste of your choice, we have our own cafe/ restaurant/ Kitchen at the property. The caretaker cooks good Indian homely food and local dishes, please inform them in advance about your food preferences. Jain Food is available on request.
Yes, we do offer a bon-fire facility and mostly buy wood from outside. Please contact the caretaker for the wood and charge for the same. We request not to light fire under the balcony, or in the rooms, washroom, common hall, or verandahs. Bonfire is chargeable at the property.
We do not have barbeque facilities available.
We are pet friendly, also you are responsible for your pet care ensuring hygiene and no damage to the property.
Unmarried couples, groups of boys and girls are allowed.
Being set in natural surroundings, we request guests to play music softly, not disturbing the environment nearby. We may ask you to lower the volume If the music is loud. Soft Music is allowed till 10 PM only. You can further listen to music inside rooms with closed shutters as the window panes are sound proof.
We don’t sell liquor, however you can bring your own and consume it inside the rooms just to maintain other guest safety and to ensure a healthy environment and if we have no Guest at the property we allow guests to drink at the open space.
We don’t serve alcohol. Hookahs and personal music/speaker systems are not allowed in the Homestay.
Check in is provided only after submission of Govt. issued valid id proof with the caretakers.
We are PET FRIENDLY however request the guest to not allow pets on the mattress or on the bed.

Jim Corbett National Park is divided into several safari zones, each offering a unique experience. We offer safaris only in the Sonanadi zone, and Pakhro zone ensuring you get the best possible safari experience.
